Effective date: 1 May 2026
1. About these terms
These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of hyper7.co and the materials and services available on it. By visiting the site or submitting a form, you agree to these terms.
hyper7.co is operated by Hyper7, an AI strategy consulting business run as a sole trader in Melbourne, Australia.
2. What we offer
Hyper7 currently provides:
- Free access to seven proprietary AI strategy frameworks published on hyper7.co
- PDF documents summarising each framework, delivered by email on request
- Educational content including insights, reflective questions, and research references
We may introduce paid consulting services, diagnostic tools, or other products in future. Separate terms will apply to any paid services.
3. Not professional advice
The frameworks, insights, and content published on hyper7.co are educational and informational in nature. They are designed to prompt useful thinking about AI adoption, not to constitute professional, legal, financial, technical, or management consulting advice.
Every organisation's situation is different. Nothing on this site or in our framework documents should be relied upon as a substitute for specific professional advice tailored to your business circumstances.
We hold genuine expertise and sharp points of view. We are not disclaiming our thinking. We are being clear that reading a framework is not the same as receiving advice, and that outcomes from acting on educational content are your responsibility.
4. Intellectual property
The Hyper7 frameworks, framework names, quadrant names, diagnostic questions, insights, and written content published on hyper7.co are the intellectual property of the Hyper7 business and its operator.
You are welcome to:
- Share framework PDF documents with colleagues, clients, or on social media
- Quote or reference insights and ideas from our frameworks, provided you attribute them to Hyper7
- Link to hyper7.co from your own website or content
You may not:
- Reproduce or republish substantial portions of our framework content as your own work
- Use the Hyper7 name, logo, or framework names in a way that implies endorsement or affiliation without our written permission
- Sell, license, or commercially exploit our framework content
If you are unsure whether a particular use is permitted, email bern@hyper7.co and we will give you a straight answer.

When using hyper7.co, you agree not to:
- Submit false or misleading information in any form
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or its underlying infrastructure
- Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract content from the site at scale

6. Email communications
When you submit a form on hyper7.co, you consent to receiving the framework PDF you requested and a personal follow-up email from Bern, the Hyper7 founder.
If you consent to further communications, we may occasionally send updates about new frameworks, services, or relevant AI strategy content. You can unsubscribe from these at any time by replying to any email or using the unsubscribe link where provided.
We will never sell your email address or add you to third-party marketing lists.
7. Third-party links and content
Our framework documents and website reference third-party research, publications, and websites. These references are provided for informational purposes. We do not endorse and are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party site or publication.
