HYPER7

Privacy Policy

Effective date: 1 May 2026

1. Who we are

Hyper7 is an AI strategy consulting business operated as a sole trader in Melbourne, Australia. We publish educational frameworks and tools to help small and medium-sized businesses navigate AI adoption. References to 'Hyper7', 'we', 'us', or 'our' in this policy refer to the individual operating this business.

You can contact us at: bern@hyper7.co

2. What information we collect

When you submit a form on hyper7.co to request a framework document, we collect:

  • Your name
  • Your email address
  • The name of the framework you requested
  • The date and time of your submission

In future versions of this service, we may also collect:

  • Your responses to diagnostic questions about your organisation's AI practices
  • Any additional context you choose to share about your business

We will update this policy before introducing those features.

We also collect information automatically through Google Analytics when you visit hyper7.co. This includes data such as pages visited, time spent on the site, your general location (country/city level), the device and browser you used, and how you arrived at the site. This data is collected in aggregate and is not linked to your name or email address.

3. How we use your information

We use the information you provide to:

  • Send you the framework PDF you requested
  • Follow up with a brief personal note from Bern, the founder
  • Occasionally send relevant updates about Hyper7 frameworks and services, if you have indicated interest

We use Google Analytics data to understand how people find and use the site, and to improve it. We do not use it to identify individual visitors.

In future versions of this service, your diagnostic question responses may be processed by a third-party AI language model to generate a personalised report. When that feature is live, we will obtain your explicit consent before passing your responses to any AI model, and we will clearly identify which provider is being used.

4. How we store your information

Form submissions are stored in a Supabase database hosted on secure cloud infrastructure. Supabase operates servers in the United States and European Union. By submitting a form on hyper7.co, you consent to your data being stored on these servers.

We retain your information for as long as is necessary to provide the service you requested and to maintain a record of communications. If you ask us to delete your data, we will do so within 30 days.

5. Who we share your information with

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.

We may share your information with the following categories of service providers who help us operate the business:

  • Email delivery platforms (such as Resend or similar), used to send you the framework PDF and follow-up communications
  • Supabase, for database storage
  • Google, for analytics

Each of these providers processes your data only as necessary to provide their service and is bound by their own privacy commitments.

You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking at any time by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on, available at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
